DOCUMENT OVERVIEW
Game first.
A valley shaped by play.
IDLE Valor is built around the long relationship between people and Valorkin. Every essential system is reached through play. Member progress, resources, licenses, and keepsakes remain inside this browser world.
THE LIVING VALLEY
World
The first travelers followed a river into a warm valley and found Valorkin growing in rhythm with the land. They stayed to learn rather than conquer, naming their home Verdant Reach.
A map made for living
Morningdew, Mosslight Grove, Tideglass Cavern, Starseed Heights, and the Floating Isles each hold distinct resources, residents, weather, shops, cooldowns, and small events.
Rare discoveries reward time, regional knowledge, and patience—not page refreshing or disposable accounts.
VALORKIN & GENETICS
Creatures & Genes
Valorkin are the heart of the game. The current world presents four village companions and four time-limited patrol companions. Additional species remain planned discoveries, not currently playable characters.
Genes shape identity, not guaranteed strength
Hue, saturation, build, markings, power, guard, agility, and vitality shape each individual. Rare looks affect presentation, while tactical value still depends on care, skills, and team composition.
| Trait | Expression | Changed later? |
|---|---|---|
| Hue / saturation | Natural color family and intensity | No |
| Build / markings | Silhouette and surface traits | No |
| Four potentials | Growth ceilings, not current stats | No |
| Level / condition | Current performance and wellbeing | Yes |
CARE & CONDITION
Care
Thoughtful care keeps companions at their best. Time away never causes death or permanent loss.
Falls slowly over time. Farmed and crafted foods restore it.
Play, walks, and home interactions restore confidence.
Recovers naturally; good overall condition improves recovery.
Condition modifies current battle performance but never rewrites base genes. Low condition retains a fair minimum output.
ADOPTION, NURTURE & EXCHANGE
Adoption
Every new player chooses a first Valorkin for free during the guided journey. The creature you meet is the creature you bring home.
Later companions come from regional rescue, field-guide achievements, seasonal play, nurture, and player exchange. Core species are never payment-only.
RIFT PARTY BATTLE
Battle
Three Valorkin form front, middle, and back rows. Basic attacks and small skills cycle automatically; the player chooses when a full-energy ultimate begins.
Guard · controlMIDDLE · MOSSKIN
Pressure · interruptBACK · RILLTAIL
Healing · support
A readable rhythm
Combat runs at 20 logic ticks per second. Enemy ultimates provide at least 0.7 seconds of warning. Control or a heavy single hit can interrupt a cast, while paired ultimates within 1.5 seconds can trigger a combo.
Rift 1-3 requires one Interrupt Charm and mood of at least 70%. The free recovery route points back to Seren’s workshop; optional Star Crystal shortcuts never replace the encounter mechanic.
MAGIC & ELEMENTS
Elements
Magic comes from elemental spirits throughout Verdant Reach. Skill books teach forms; resonance changes how those forms behave.
Matchups offer strategic leverage, never an automatic result. Every new skill needs readable timing, range, and at least one clear answer.
VALLEY ECONOMY & LOOPS
Economy
One visit lasts 8–12 minutes. The opening balance is deliberately tight: 8/10 energy, 420 Leaflight, 4 wood, 2 tide ore, 3 food, and no Starseed.
| Resource | Main source | Main use | World cap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy · EN | +1 every 15 seconds | Challenges 2 · expeditions/commissions 1 | 10 |
| Leaflight · LF | Mark, harvest, quests, Rift | Care, dispatch, charms | 3,000/day |
| Wood · WD | Mosslight, Rift 1-1 | Workshop, community build | 40 |
| Tide Ore · OR | Tideglass, Rift 1-2 | Workshop | 30 |
| Food · FD | Farm, field expedition | Valorkin care | 24 |
| Starseed · ST | Tideglass, Starfly, Rift 1-3 | Interrupt Charm, skill nodes | 20 |
| Chapter Key · KY | Rift boss first clear | Open the next region | Chapter count |
| Journal Page · PG | Expedition events | Field guide collection | 11 |
First chapter balance
| Stage | Cost | First-clear output | Sweep ×0.7 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-1 Mossbound Breach | 2 EN | 180 LF · 4 WD · timber blank | 126 LF · 3 WD |
| 1-2 Tideglass Ambush | 2 EN | 240 LF · 3 OR · ore blank | 168 LF · 2 OR |
| 1-3 Regent of the Rift | 2 EN · Charm · Mood 70% | 360 LF · 2 WD · 2 OR · 18 ST · Key | 252 LF · 1 WD · 1 OR |
Costs 3 WD, 3 OR, 8 ST, and 60 LF. Tideglass exploration provides exactly 3 OR and 8 ST, creating the intended return trip before Rift 1-3. Sweeps never drop Starseed or keys.
MARKET & EXCHANGE
Exchange
Players may exchange unbound companions, materials, crafted work, and home décor. Listings disclose unit price, quantity, fees, and final receipt.
Best for familiar items and fixed prices.
Full creature history appears before confirmation.
In-game fees support shared goals and seasonal content.
Account age, listing limits, and anomalous-price protection discourage manipulation without requiring token ownership.
VALLEY SHOPS
Shops
The Starfall Treasury presents optional local-point bundles, a monthly passage, a battle track, and a published-rate summon pool. No action requests real payment or a wallet signature.
STORAGE & HOME
Homestead
Storage holds materials, equipment, food, seeds, and keepsakes. Your homestead preserves farm layouts, companion rooms, and displays.
Sorting, search, bulk organization, provenance labels, and item locks reduce friction. Capacity grows through quests and construction rather than payment.
VALLEY ARCADE
Short Activities
Fishing, rhythm care, memory pairs, gathering, and ruin puzzles offer short, readable challenges.
Designed for short sessions.
Random activities disclose rewards and cooldowns.
Understanding still improves future results.
SKILLS & EXPEDITIONS
Exploration
Gathering, fishing, farming, cooking, crafting, and travel form the everyday loop. Temperament changes efficiency and event choices, while every basic material has an alternative path.
Companions may travel offline for up to eight hours and can be recalled at any completed stage. Ten mastery levels improve event reading and rare-discovery odds without demanding frequent check-ins.
GROWTH & IDENTITY
Progression
Companions grow through battle, exploration, and reading. Players build identity through field-guide knowledge, quests, and creation.
High-value daily activity fits into 25–40 focused minutes. Longer play remains available for joy and records, never obligation.
COMMUNITY
Together
Cooperation should feel helpful without becoming compulsory.
Visit homes, leave messages, and collaborate asynchronously.
Post gathering, crafting, or companion-help requests.
Build together without daily attendance rules.
Seasonal festivals combine shared progress, limited stories, and commemorative cosmetics obtainable through play.
LOCAL FIELD-GUIDE MEMORIES
Keepsakes
Expeditions, story choices, and completed patrols leave local field-guide memories. They preserve a companion’s appearance, name, origin, and shared history without becoming a game pass.
Keepsakes provide no permanent combat bonus and never block players from content. All records remain in the member field guide.
FAIR PLAY
Fair Play
Rewards, drops, battles, and market settlement belong on trusted services. Skill, understanding, and patience should matter; automation and data tampering should not.
Enforcement records reasons and evidence and provides an appeal path. Severe abuse may reverse rewards, reset progress, or suspend access.
SERVICE BOUNDARIES
Boundaries & Risk
IDLE Valor remains in development. Features, values, drops, balance, and roadmap may change; material changes will receive release notes.
Accounts & Safety
The member sign-in opens the browser world. It does not request asset authorization, payment, or external account access. Production identity services would need to handle passwords before public operation.
Game Data
Leaflight, Starseed, $VALOR, Star Crystal, items, licenses, and progress are local game data—not cash, deposits, securities, or promised financial returns. These systems describe game progress, not an investment product.
Before Public Operation
Operating entity, jurisdiction, contact methods, privacy, youth protections, and retention periods require qualified review before a public service launch.
